Events at The Edge
Creative Craft Group
This new group is meeting on the first Monday of every month to create a banner for church, but we hope every creative person who uses our building (and anyone new too) will join in this project. Embroidery, Cross Stitch, Canvas Work, Crochet, Patchwork etc are being used. We are each making a small part of this banner and then it will be assembled accordingly. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner, help is at hand, with choices and problem solving. The joy will be in making it together as well as seeing the finished result. Materials have been purchased so you don't have to search around either. We will meet at The Edge 10.30am to 12 noon.
(Closed for August)

I keep being asked what a Tiggywinkle is. Has Beatrix Potter gone out of fashion? Mrs Tiggywinkle was a hedgehog who took in washing. We six Tiggywinkles below wash the aprons and teatowels each week, if anyone wishes to join our happy band, please let me know.
