“Open for Coffee” is back this Wednesday, 2nd September, serving the usual high quality coffee and cake.  The opening times will be 10.00am to 12 noon.  For September we are raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support.  All are most welcome.

Many thanks to Ted and Richard for painting the front steps.  Along with Jan’s baskets of flowers, we are looking very smart now at Keelby.  

While the “Open for Coffee” team are taking a well earned rest, we are running “August Wednesdays” in the Cafe at Keelby Methodist Church. We will be open 10 to 12, serving filter coffee and a traybake. If anyone would like to join us and help during August, you will be more than welcome. Please …

We’ve added some pictures of last weeks church family weekend together.  You’ll find them in the Gallery (bottom left of this page). I hope they give you all a flavour of what a great time we all had.  Thank you to all those who worked so hard to make the weekend such a success.

The next Charity Saturday (4th July) there will be continental breakfast, stalls and raffle in the Edge. Help and raffle prizes would be appreciated.  All in aid of the hospice.

We have been looking at ways in which we might have a church holiday together. The costs of those we looked at probably excluded some people, so we decided to look at a “Staycation”.
