Keelby as a village will not be doing a house to house collection this year, but they will have some events and donation tins around the village.  One of these tins will be in The Edge.  Please do support the events too.

You are invited to join us on a local footpath walk on Sunday May 13th at 2 pm. We will meet at Healing Methodist Church car park for a walk of about 3-4 miles.  All welcome to join us.  Please contact Peter Ede 01472 883625 for further information.

Sunday 29th April will be our next Circuit Praise evening, 6.00pm at Scartho Methodist Church.  The preacher will be Rev Jade Bath.

As you may be aware, our own Liz Mosey has been raising money for this great cause and has now finished her walking/running.  Over the past 7 days she has covered 61 miles and is feeling fine.  She is also feeling very grateful that all her friends and family have helped to raise a staggering £2225.50 and sends her sincere thanks to everyone.

Come and join the friendship club which meets up every first Monday of the month at Keelby Methodist Church from 2.00 to 4.00pm. The cost will be £2.50 per session which includes refreshment.

This month we will meet on Monday 7th May – Childhood Memories. Come and have fun reminiscing in this light hearted and relaxing session. Let’s share our photos, stories of favourite games and toys, and memories of family, friends, school and holidays.

This month we will meet on Monday 9th April 2018.  Standing by a Child in Nepal – We welcome John Cottingham whose talk is based upon his experience of sponsoring a child in school in Nepal through the charity ‘Stand By Me’ and will include how he had the privilege to visit the school last year and meet with the children there.
