Village Walk

You are invited to join us on a local footpath walk on Sunday Oct 15th at 2 pm. We will meet at HealingMethodist Church car park for a walk of about 3 miles. All welcome to join us.

This will be our annual charity walk and we invite you to make a donation towards WaterAid to provide clean water in underdeveloped countries

If you cannot walk that day we welcome your donation and if you do not wish to donate we still welcome you on the walk. If you want to do a bit more then get people to sponsor your walk.

HARVEST FESTIVAL – SUN 8TH OCTOBER

Our Harvest Festival is onSunday 8th October, where our Preacher will be Rev Canon Alan Robson.

We will be having a Lunch afterwards of baked potatoes with toppings, followed by puddings.

Note: Thank you to all who brought such lovely food and worked so hard today to make this a lovely church family occasion.

THE EDGE FRIENDSHIP CLUB    

Come and join the friendship club, which meets up every first Monday of the month at Keelby Methodist Church from 2.00 to 4.00pm. The cost is £2.50 per session which includes refreshment.  This month we will meet on Monday 2nd October 2017. Please note on this occasion we will be starting at 1:30 pm and our talk will be from the Down’s Syndrome Family Support Group. The group, affiliated to the National Down’s Syndrome Association, is a voluntary parent led charity for families living in the Grimsby, Cleethorpes and wider North East Lincolnshire area.

Karen Hale will talk about what the group does and how they are engaging with local families.

Macmillan Coffee Morning.

We will be holding our annual Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday 22nd September 10.00am to 12 noon. Donations of home made cakes will be most welcome

An Invitation

You are invited to come along to 9 Station Road, Habrough on Saturday 16th September from 10.30am – 12.30pm for Bacon Butties or from  2.00pm – 4.00pm for a Cream Tea, plus usual Stalls and a Raffle.  The money raised towards St Margaret’s Church Vestry Repair Appeal.
